My First Digital Photo

This is the oldest digital picture I have. It is probably a scanned photo. It's of my best friends from Kansas: my sister Laura (pregnant with Brittany!), Ronna, Jenny, myself, and Jen. We took this when we all got together just before I left for OTS (Officer Training School) for the Air Force, sometime around September 1999.

First Date

Here Frank and I are the second night we met. Because of our mutual friend Beth Kelley, we wound up getting invited to the same events. This picture was taken sometime around Mardi Gras at the Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX and was snapped early in the night. It is funny to think that at the time this picture was taken, we barely knew each other!

This was taken the weekend Frank met most of my family. We were eating lunch at one of my favorite college spots - Yello Sub in Lawrence, Kansas! It was Memorial Day Weekend 2000.

This is a shot of me and my niece Brittany Jo. I was visiting my sister's family in Colorado while on a long weekend's TDY at Peterson AFB. Notice my 2nd Lieutenant rank and class patch, class 01-03! This shot was taken sometime around August 2000.

Thanksgiving 2001

Most of our first digital photos really start around Thanksgiving 2001. I went to Colorado Springs to visit my sister's family. My nephew Alex was a newborn, and so very cute and small!
